9x12 Bristol Vellum
India Ink Wash
Prismacolor Colored Pencils, Staedtler Aquarelle Pencils, 3H & HB Pencils

Originally, the plan was to make something with red, blue and purple as a continuous color format. However with the lack of the ultramarine pencils I was looking for, I wound up picking green instead. I think I enjoy the turn out just a tad more because of this.

Thank you, and I figured the secondary colors needed a chance. I just like Red too much to not add it in ;) As for the grey, I had originally planned on using that wash for a charcoal drawing, but I think its much happier this way.

Interesting piece.. Actually what I like most is the gray background, there's just something about the style that caught my eye. You've done a great job! ;)
